Class Hours

Morning and afternoon classes begin at a time convenient for you between 9-11:30 A.M. and are available Monday through Saturday.

Evening classes are available Monday through Thursday evenings commencing  as early as 4 or as late as 6:30 P.M.

Friday and Saturday Evening Classes are available with special pricing.  Minimums apply.  Contact Deb for Details!

Depending on the menu selected and the number of people participating, most classes will run between  3 1/2 - 4 hours in duration.

Pricing

Three Course Cooking Class in Deb's Kitchen
Cost for these classes average at $400.00 for 4 people.  It is a bit more cramped in the kitchen, but  I can arrange to take as many as 6 for $600.00

Wine pairings are additional.  Party favors are additional.


Divide the Dishes
Select your menu, divide up the food cooked that day for you to bring home and enjoy later.  

Costs to be divided among the client(s):


I am paid a fee of $50.00 per hour.

Cost of ingredients needed to complete the menu is paid by the participants. (I will provide receipts, if I do the shopping)
Shopping Fee- for my time shopping and transporting food, if not done by the client. ($20.00 per hour)
 

Class length varies depending on menu.  Most classes last 4 hours.

 Cooking Parties in Your Kitchen 
As in the pricing above, cost for this type of class is based on an hourly rate , plus the cost of ingredients. While most clients prefer to do their own shopping, for an extra fee, I can do this for you.  I can also arrange  dish  washing services if desired.    Travel charges may apply.

 Minimum rates  apply for larger groups and weekend evening classes.   Contact Deb for more details.

Deposits are required for any class that requires out of pocket expenses to prepare for a cooking class.  If a class is cancelled or if a client does not show up for a class, fees may be applied.  Ask Deb for details when arranging your class.   Client is responsible for cost of all shopped for ingredients if a class is cancelled.  If class is rescheduled, client may be responsible for any perishable ingredients that need to be restocked for the class.
